"My friend marissa lives like 2 hours from me in kingsville, texas but her mom had a doctors app here in san antonio so she came down on friday and dude our luck with them is CRAZY so i said "if it's meant to be it will be" and then she found a lady on facebook selling a ticket so we just bought a resale which was like $160 and i live in san antonio, an hour from austin, so we drove up there at like 1pm and got there at 2 and we sat in line and we were like "i cant believe that we actually made it here"
"It was completely last minute but i got to meet them all and talk to daniel, rubin, and mostly JJ which was awesome...JJ is so calm and comforting and he keeps the convo going -- he's amazing."

(4 Nov 2016) "i even have the crazy story about how we met rubin lmfao i like waved at him through a window and idk how he saw me but we were talking and he goes "do u want my socks" and we started laughing then he came down and asked if we wanted anything signed and i go "i dont have a pen but can i get a picture" and he goes "of course!" and i go "i am so sorry for being creepy and looking at you through a window" and he goes "no i was even more creepy i asked if you wanted my socks!!!" and we were all laughing and he took the pic" |

I was lucky enough to have won Alcatel's #last4beforetheboom caption contest at The Fillmore to watch Kaleo perform a few songs from behind the curtain, right below the stage - but I ended up staying there for the whole concert because it was so packed out on the floor my friend and I wouldn't have been able to get back out front.
This was the encore song of night and the stage guy asked if I wanted to get up on the stage behind the speaker for this last song to watch it from there. YESSSSSS!!!! I don't think I realized how close I actually was to everything until I watched this again, because I just pressed record and then rocked out without looking down too much. Needless to say, I had a fabulous time! |

*Shout out to the stage guy who let me get up behind the speaker at the end of the show, you were so chill and laid back. I apologize for not having introduced myself properly even though I was all up in your space the whole night. But thank you.
