Cover art by Gigendad; Iceland is a land of dramatic atmospheres that includes both fire and ice, which inspired the music and visuals of Surface Sounds. According to the official website:

A/B (2016)

Signed on with Atlantic Records and moved to Austin, TX in 2015. "A/B" released in June of 2016 under the Elektra/Atlantic label.

A/B's cover art features four handprints ... and it's not a coincidence that there are four band members. Each handprint on the album's cover art is the actual inked handprint of each band member, which is most likely where their "Handprint Tour" name came from (that kicks off at the end of September). The band says that making these handprints for the album art "was a fun day at the office." They add, "The ink really didn't come off for I think three days, or so. But I think it was Danny's idea, he came up with it, and we all kind of liked it. It was simple, and kind of catches your eye somehow."

KALEO (2013)

Full-length debut album released by Sena, the largest record label in Iceland, in fall of 2013. Recorded in just six weeks, the album went gold, with five singles reaching #1.

"When they were recording their first album he asked me to do the cover. The four of them came over for a meeting and we discussed what they liked and disliked. In the end I came up with the idea for a vintage box of some sort, which sounded cool to them. I also designed the logo, with the circle, which was on the album cover."

Previously Released Singles

Kaleo released its debut album in Iceland, and that's where you're going to find most of their earlier originals. 

You can definitely find digital downloads of most of their songs, but if you NEEEED to own physical copies of every single and EP and varying editions of whichever album...let us know if you find it!
